FAQ's about how we work. So many of the online sites you see don't have a showroom. Some work out of warehouses, public storage sheds, and some just want you to trust them from a garage or bedroom. We have a 10,000 square foot showroom with many items on site, but not all items. We try and advertise what we have on the floor or at least are able to show you a sample (dresser, nightstand etc..) Our website allows us to show all the items that our manufactures produce, as we want to give you a full selection. If you see an item you would like to inquire about either write the model number down or print that item out and bring it in we will gladly help you. With so many items it is difficult to start new and guess as to what you saw online so this will greatly save you and us time. Our products: BUNK BEDS: We have the largest selection of bunk beds in the South Bay. We have around 14 bunk beds on our floor (not everyone online is in our store). We do carry bunk beds from all our manufactures that do have bunk beds, therefore you can see the quality of each brand. We have many major brands We have searched for the best and most AFFORDABLE bunk beds for your money. We stand behind these brands and they offer warranties that are some of the best in the industry. BEDROOM SETS: We again have several bedroom sets on our floor, but with over 500 available to us through our manufactures it is impossible to have everyone on the floor. Many people have seen bedroom sets elsewhere and come to us to buy the set at a discounted price, even though we don't have it on our floor. AGAIN see it somewhere else ask us we can help. SOFAS: LEATHER TO MICRO FIBER We offer sofas, love seats and sectionals from major brands in the Bay Area. We have 12-15 sets on our floor, but not all. We have extremely LOW PRICES due to this fact. You see it some place else let us know and we can help you. BOOKCASES: We have the best selection in the South Bay!! We offer Alder, Pine, Oak, Maple. Custom Sizes, Standard sizes, custom libraries, custom wall units, media wall niches. Quotes are free just bring in you measurements, drawings and even photos of the area you are trying to build out so we can help you. DINING ROOM AND PUB TABLES: Many sets on the floor Dinettes, Dining Room and Pub Tables. TV CARTS, ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS: With today's new LCD and PLASMA TV's the style of entertainment has changed. We have over 15 TV consoles on our floor for you to see. We also have the ability to do custom sizes. 42", 50", 60" and 72" TV carts. FUTONS: We have several on the floor and many in catalogs. DELIVERY : We offer deliver service. We deliver to all Bay Area Cites. Monterey to Marin. Fremont to Stockton and more. Yes, we do have a deliver charge as we feel it is fair to pay our deliver drivers a fair wage. We offer several ways to have your furniture delivered. Drop deliver or set up deliver. General pricing. Drop San Jose areas: $80 drop $125 delivery and set up BUNK BEDS and BEDROOMS. We haul away all packaging materials in the above price. Drop out of San Jose area. General Prices i.e. San Francisco, Fremont, Concord etc. Drop $100-$125 Setup $125-$150 These prices are estimates and we try to stay within these ranges. Every situation is different and therefore prices in certain areas could be higher. Please remember we don't make money at these prices, with fuel at over $4.20 a gallon for diesel we feel this is fair to all especially our employees. PICKING UP YOUR FURNITURE: You are welcomed to pick up your furniture at our store. We will help you load your items into your vehicle. We won't tie down any of the items (insurance reasons) We also don't supply heavy rope, tie downs, or blankets. Most items are boxed for their protection not ALL. Please remember that bedroom sets require a large vehicle not a 4 door sedan! Also, if you have a mini van and come to pick up your furniture don't have 6 passengers in your van and expect everything to fit. We have many a story of situations like these. ONCE ORDERED: Once you place your order we will do everything in our power to get your furniture to you in a expeditious manner. We do stock some ietms and others can come with in days. Our top three lines Coaster, Homelegance, and Good Trading ship with in 7-10 days (if in stock). Some people order on Monday and have it on Wednesday if we don't stock it. Custom items (bookcases, entertainment) will take longer. We WILL CALL YOU AS SOON AS YOUR ITEM ARRIVES no need to call us as we won't forget your order. We can not control trucking companies, weather, breakdowns, truck loading routes, customs and more. FINAL NOTE FROM US: All we can ask is you give us a chance to help you in your search for your furniture needs. We will show you how we work, what we can and can't do. We are a family run business with the owners mother, aunt and father in law all part of the working staff. We have been in business for over 20 years and over those years have sold millions of dollars in furniture. We don't have a high pressure sales force.
